Here are the pin outs for the TS 430s

Front (8 pin mic)

pin 1  mic
pin2  stby
pin 3 down freq
pin 4 up freq
pin 5 + 8 volts
pin 6 nc
pin 7 ground mic
pin 8 ground (standby)

Rear
pin 1 speaker output
pin 2 relay common
pin 3 ptt line
pin 4 relay n.o.
pin 5 relay n.c.
pin 6 alc input
pin 7 not used

Hope this helps.  After 14 years with the 430 I just upgraded to a TS 2000.
I've used the 430 and Rigblaster with good results.  I never bothered with
the rear panel connector and just took audio from the rear  speaker output
jack to feed the sound card.
