The easiest way to change your address is to go the W5YI website at:
https://www.w5yi.org/Secure/Renew.htm
and fill out the form.  This is there renew license form, but you can also
use it to change your address.  It costs $6 but it is worth it because it is
so easy.  I used this form when I moved and I got my new license within a
month.
