Hey Jeffrey,

If you want to forward messages, please, please please remove the
header garbage first!  I know it is easy to just press one key
combination, but many times I find myself hitting the delete key when I
actually wanted to read a particular forwarded message, but just found
it too frustrating to wade through screen after screen of header
material.
