        I would very much appreciate recommendations for accessible
used dual band hand helds.  Please include guidelines for the amount I
should be willing to pay if rig is in good condition.  Also, don't
hesitate to mention rigs to be avoided.  I wish to be able to set PL
tones and don't want the type which use dip switches.  Ideally, I want
something which can receive the public service bands from 148 to 174
and around 450 megs.  My preference would be for a rig with direct
frequency entry capability.  Thanks.
