Hi Brent.  I still have my original S1 and I also had a S2 for 220 MHz.
My S1 still works, though the audio is noisy and the DTMF pad does not
work properly anymore.  I also have an IC4AT that I use all the time for
operating through my Yaesu FT5100 in crossband mode.
