First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone that emailed me about this.
I was waiting to summarize until I received something from the company. They
finally responded to my request.

Here is what they sent me about which products of theirs are gluten free:

Thank you for your interest in our Soy Delicious products.  All Organic Soy
Delicious Quarts, Organic Soy Delicous Creamy Vanilla Bar and the Creamy
Vanilla with Almonds Bar, It's Soy Delicious Vanilla and Awesome Chocolate
pints, Sweet Nothings Vanilla and Chocolate Pints, Sweet Nothings Fudge Bar
and Purely Decadent Purely Vanilla Pints can be considered as gluten free.
Although these products to not contain any ingredients that contain gluten,
it is important for you to realize that these products are produced on
equipment that also processes products that do include gluten. As such, there
is a possibility of a trace amount of gluten in our products. At this time,
we do not yet know if our other products contain gluten. Any of our products,
which use cookies, wafers, or cookie pieces, should be assumed to contain
gluten. We do not use gluten free cookie ingredients.
