I find that I am frequently suffering from accidental exposures. I am very
careful, and have been gluten free for nearly three years. I believe that
since home baking is a common practice in my community, that I may be
exposed to gluten through the regular flour on the persons--family, friends,
acquaintances--that I greet in the course of my day.

I need some ideas. Complete isolation is not an option!
