Dear listmates -

Here's an interesting question:

Is the grain called teff a GF grain?

It is used in Ethiopian cooking.

Our adult son likes foreign cooking - doesn't
live with us, but suggested we might want to try
Ethiopian cooking, if teff is GF.  Teff is used in
Ethiopian cooking.
