People are always asking: what is CD, what does gluten do to you, how do
you know when you have eaten gluten,and on and on.  I have trouble trying
to explain so I usually just say it affects your digestive system and try
to change the subject.  Anyone have a good intelligent explaination that
the average person would understand?
