Does anyone have any comments on the following?
Whether it is true or false, and if it is true, how critical it is.
Carnivores/Omnivores have the uricase (urate oxidase) enzyme to metabolize
uric acid, breaking it
into allantoin (alantoína), a bi-product enzymatic substance easy to
eliminate by the
kidneys and liver. The liver in Carnivores is able to destroy 10 to 15
times more uric acid than in
human beings. Our body tries to neutralize this acid poison with the
assistance of the
alkaline reservoir: calcium and other alkaline minerals from bones and
teeth which neutralize uric
acid. In turn, uric acid forms calcium urate crystals (a complex salt that
crystalizes from uric
acid) as a result of the chemical reaction/clash, which are
stored/deposited in the joints, causing
arthritis, spine aches, gout, rheumatism, and stiffness of veins (veins
becoming hardened).
