Doug Skrecky,

No, no! The water LOWERED my body temperature, which seemed to me to be
indicative of toxins being eliminated (toxins tend to raise temperature).
I fully support and second everything else Doug Schwartz wrote in his
excellent posting. (Though I haven't read Szent-Georgyi, I've read Dr.
Edward Howell's "Food Enzymes for Health and Longevity" ISBN
0-941524-28-0, which clearly shows why cooked foods are life-shortening
--- must reading for every life extensionist.)
My heart sank when I read your post that you intended to sterilize your
"natural" foods just for the sake of convenience to prevent mold from
growing. Enzymes are destroyed at very low temperatures (from about 115
degrees on up). Until you know how long an organism can live on its
natural diet, the one it evolved on, (in controlled intake amounts) to
get a baseline for comparison, all the other artificial intervention
tests you plan to run will have little true significance. All you'll be
able to say is that one artificial diet is better than another artificial
diet.
