Have you tried using the cleandrv utility that Intel supplies with their
software bundle? You can also download it at anypoint.com . I would use this
to remove all network devices. Then I would reinstall the DSL modem then the
AnyPoint network devise. If this doesn't work, I would again use the same
utility then try installing the AnyPoint network first. It is usually
recommended that the AnyPoint network be installed last.
