The proper way to drink your water is only a few ounces at a time and
never with meals. Your kidneys are only about the size of your ear, so
why bog them down with extra work? You flood the body with water and
your body works over time trying to get rid of it. Drink about 3 ounces
every 30-40 minutes, you will keep your body hydrated without hitting the
bathroom every 20 minutes. Also don't drink with your meals, it slows
down the digestion process and sometime you end up with indigestion from
too much fluids with meals. HTH
