If you are hungry on that diet, you are supposed to increase slightly the
amount of food. 2-3 hours after a meal, if you are hungry, but mentally
clear, then slightly increase the amount of carbs. If you are hungry, but
mentally foggy, then slightly increase the amount of protein.
However, I have found that hardly anyone who has tried the diet knows that.
So, either most people don't read the book when doing a diet plan, or else it
is not clearly presented in the book.
