I gave a friend a copy of Ray's book and the Lutz book. She's now reading
them both. She asks:
Question: if one suffers from a peptic ulcer, is it useful to speculate
(assume) that the diet is too heavy on carbs and that turning the diet to
include more protein by 2/3 to carbs 1/3, that would be sufficient? What do
you think - 3/4 protein to 1/4 carbs - or no carbs initially??
