Have you tried quercitin with bromelain? I get severe grass pollen
allergies in June, and quercitin gets me through it quite well. I have
to take it two or three times a day, but I think it's not too expensive.
This year I'll try being careful about low-carb and no dairy and see if
I still need the quercitin. I've alse heard that the herb butterbur is
very effective, but haven't tried it yet.
