My compulsive, obsessive eating has diminished to nil by staying away from
all but a few carbohydrates. My blood sugar skyrocketed last summer, and I
cut down on carbohydrates, maintaining a diet that is a sort of combination
between the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet, and the Paleo Diet. I have finally
gotten to the point in hunger that I can see how normal people eat and feel
hunger and satiation. After eating, I'm just not hungry and almost feel
that food is a little nauseating, until several hours go by and then a
little hunger starts again.
