I don't know anymore about this than anyone else, but reasoning this out it
seems that body fat is the most efficient component we have.  Body fat seems
to keep things lubricated and cleaned out - arteries included.  If we
consume good quality fat, then we keep out own body fat functioning well.
Of course, we want to eat fats that are not contaminated.  Let me know if
this sounds reasonable.
