I believe he studied milk consumption in whatever form.  I'm not
aware of any epidemiological studies of raw versus processed
milk.

Most of it, probably.

I don't remember.  I believe it was his initial goal to confirm
that saturated fat is the strongest predictor of heart disease,
but his data led him elsewhere.
