I would venture to say that purified oils, such as fish oil in a capsule, is
an entirely different animal than the fish oil that is extant in a canned
sardine or in canned salmon meat. There are all sorts of protective
anti-oxidants along with oil, in its natural state, that are largely lost
when purified. Same goes for nuts, methinks.
