I use Carol Fenster's recipe for bread, but slice it into 1/4"
slices. I don't remember what her dietary specs are on that bread,
but I get about 2 1/2 times as many slices as the recipe says, baked
in a long skinny bread pan. Of course, I never was much of a sandwich
eater anyway.
