Things like this are the luck of the draw, AND how much
of your money the company was determined to keep.
If it was the "first time" it was re-built you have a good chance
of a good outcome. But the drum will accumulate scratches
over time, and rebuilding will not help unless they put in a new
drum, sometimes $40 and up (or so).
I have one printer with a Drum that costs (complete and new)
$154. I can get the entire printer as a re-manufactured unit
for less than that. You do the math...
