I got a new notebook with firewire builtin. I'm thinking about a direct
firewire network between my desktop PC and notebook. When I have both
connected, Windows 2000 noticed the new hardware and asked for a driver
(Microsoft 1394). I don't know where to get this driver. Even with Windows
XP CD, it cannot find the neccessary driver. Is there instruction anywhere
on setting up a firewire network? Currently, I have both connected to a
router. Once I find the driver, how do I tell it to use firewire network
instead of ethernet?
Thanks in advance,
Changhsu Liu
