I have to do the same thing, and haven't found a way other than changing the settings. At work they have Novell for the network, which requires IPX/SPX. I would not let them install all that Novell stuff on my laptop, so I use microsoft's "client for netware.." to log on. I do have to switch to that at work, change the bindings, change computer name, workgroup, name, and a couple of other things, then do a restart. If someone knows of a fast easy way to do it, I'd like to hear that, too.
