Seemed OK to me. I did a lot of writing and teaching in
Ketosis. The thing I didn't like was my temper seemed to get
A LOT more hair trigger. With two noisy active little girls
in the house a hair trigger temper is NOT a good thing. So
I eased up. I liked just about everything else about it.
Felt great and my running was great.
