I believe the fat ratios also have a dramatic effect on skin health. I
would be wary of so many nuts. Cordain has a table showing the Omega 3
content of various nuts, and some certainly seem unsuitable in large
quantities. And as far as the fish oil goes, I think it's very valuable. My
dog and I both use 7-8 1000mg caps a day, and have gotten only good
results. We both have great coats:)
