I'm not Phillip, but I've been taking fish oil capsules on a daily basis
for a couple of years now.

I find the best deal is "Dale Alexander" brand, which is distributed by
Twinlab (and says "Twinlab" on the label as well).

I have also used "Spectrum Naturals" brand from time to time.

And, I agree that it is important to put them in the refrigerator.
