I would have to second this thought.  I have hypertension and a paleo
diet is the *only* thing that keeps it in line.   Fish oil will do no
good until the carbs are vastly reduced ( might even make you fat if you
have enough sugar in your bloodstream at the time).

Oddly enough salt seems to no longer be of any trouble now that I
restrict the carbohydrate intake.  Go figure!  :-)
