Joe - There are a cople of thoughts of how to get a copy of this book. If
you just want to read it you can go to your local public library and do an
Interlibrary Loan on the book. It may take a few weeks to get a copy of it
to read. If you want to purchase a copy of the book and cannot locate it
then you can try going to an antiquary bookstore and see if they either
have a copy in stock or can find you a copy of it. This is how I purchased
two older books for my spouse. Hope one of these methodds work for you.
