"It's not easy to practice instinctive eating in today's society. For one
thing, we have too much variety in our stores. Because a natural food
smells and tastes good, we know our body can use it, but it's easy to
mis-combine foods. A good companion book to the instinctive eating books is
William L. Esser's Dictonary of Natural Foods, available from the American
Natural Hygiene Society in Tampa, Florida."

Stay well, Ellie
