The only way to solve this problem is to go to the beginning.
First, use the minimal hardware config to start with (FDD, CD, NIC
etc. should be removed).
Second, start with two step loading Win98 (first Norton Com & second
Win98).
Your task is to get the stable mode (one hour & more) and after that
you can add one more hardware next.
It is also disirable to fix the Power managements in Control Panel in
NEVER mode for Display, HDD, etc. No Screen saver to use too.
