Hi Folks,
I've been poking around looking for disability-related training materials
for an upcoming training for our library staff. I've found some books on the
subject, but nothing that really gives an overview of providing quality
public service to library patrons with disabilities. At this point I'd
settle for a pamphlet or guidelines to show folks. Does such a thing exist
before I go ahead and try to create one myself? I've scoured ALA's website,
but found nothing really. I also contacted ALA's Diversity department but
never heard back. Any tips on resources you all can provide would be great.
