I don't want to heat up this discussion.  I really understand the need for
sensitivity.  There is really not any easy way for LC subject headings to be
non-offensive.  Every term in LC subject headings must offend someone.
There is no rational nor non-value laden definition of disability possible
in the real world.  Why should we expect LC to be any different?  That
doesn't mean we shouldn't discuss this.  We just need to be more reasoned
and rational if possible.
