Unfortunately NetLibrary doesn't allow you to download the file. You
can "check it out" but that doesn't let you download it. Kathie

How are you reading the pdf file? Have you downloaded it and are you
then opening it in acrobat reader or have you clicked on a link in a
browser and the Adobe Acrobat reader has been launched? If the latter,
download the file, open it in acrobat eader and see how things go.
