 Do reset the Cmos via the jumper.
You could also remove all cards but the video and try it.
Strange as it may sound on some ATX mobos, I have found that
you have to unplug the ATX power plug from the mobo momentarily (power off)
that seems to reset something.
If you can't get it to boot, supply us with the mobo brand/specific board
model
and someone on the list may be familiar with it.
