My youngest son was loading a disk and while it was loading he switched off the computer he then switched it back on, he saw a message and it seems he clicked on the button for a valid backup.The pc will not open windows now and comes up with the following message.
Warning windows encountered an error accessing the system registry.Windows could not restore your registry-no valid backup copy of the registry exists.We have tried a few things but all it does is operates in safe mode then up comes the previous message,can you help.
