Okay I hate to backtrack again on you but I am going to probably have to do
this from the start. You were installing a gracvt.exe program that required
this .dll. I have gone through several search engines to find this
gracvt.exe program and can't find it anywhere. So I don't know what it does
or how it works . Maybe the manufacture has it on their web site. I found
the .dll by doing a search for it on www.gooogle.com . I need to find out
more about the program in order to help.
