I have posted a reply in another post of yours but I will reply again here.
The cpu that you have ordered is a Intel Pentium III 700E FC-PGA, your board
does not support the FC-PGA processor, and since the board has been
discontinued, I don't think it will be easy to find a bios upgrade to make
it support this processor.
