I find that when I go low to medium carb style paleo, I hit the wall when I
do strenuous work. This weekend I was at a bellydance workshop (Yes, you
read it correctly - a BellyFest!!!).
I was totally depleted midway, while others seemed to be shimmying and
shaking effortlessly.... At lunch, the ladies loaded up on roast beef
sandwiches, while I dug out my 2 bananas and 1/2 cup raw almond butter.
I was gyrating like a top in no time!!!!! Unfortunately, the next day I was
so sore, I could barely move, but that is irrelevant....
