Homemade jerky sounds a great idea. Can it be done without all the sweet
molasses, honey and sugar that seems to be used in commercial jerky.....?.

Yes , i makes jerky with nothing else than meat dried bellow +40 celsius .
no need to season , just truely naturally sweet.
