Thank you to all for the wonderful suggestions!!!
I am in the market for a small trampoline, I have a large one out back, and
I'm going to begin to slowly increase the climbs.
Thanks you so much for the ideas!
BTW, if there is poor maternal and/or child nutrition, are the muscles
permanently atrophied? There is a girl in dance class whose mom fed her
breast milk only for 12 months and who has never been on antibiotics.
(Ironically, she is the child of an allopathic doctor! )
Anyway, her muscles are so very well developed. Could a child like Larry,
who was on formula, and SAD for the first 3 years of life, ever develop
muscles to that extent? in other words, are muscles somewaht determined by
early nutrition, which no amount of exercise, nor paleo diet in later life,
can overcome?
