Ah, beautiful point. Look at the commercial "snack"
foods on the market. The *vast majority* are high in
BOTH carbs & fat, with little or no protein included.
And even in the case of the few good snacks (nuts in
particular) the tendency is to mess up the naturally
good nutrient balance by "sweetening" them! (Ya...,
*sure* it's honey).
