You Did say a 16 yr old? Perhaps there's something here I'm missing, but 16
yr olds around have a curfew of 10-11p on school nites (providing homework is
done) and midnight on weekends. An occasional 1p for special circumstances
(like Grandpa's birthday....maybe)
