Man oh man oh man. I too have learned NOT to depend upon fuzzy memory
for what I believe will be appropriate material for family
entertainment...now I always prescreen, no matter what I think. You
can't believe what's in some of those Shirley Temple movies.... Enough
to give a preteen a complex. Especially now that I have an eleventeen
year old daughter, already developing an independent streak of
insistence upon her own innate wisdom for deciding what is appropriate
for her. YMMV.
