Hi.
Perhaps I am wrong, but I thought the DX-392 was the same basic receiver as
the DX-390, but with cassette tape built in. If this is true, then it
probably does have a BFO, since the DX-390 did. I don't know that I would
want to do a lot of listening to the CW & SSB signals from that receiver,
but I think that you might be able to receive CW and SSB with it.
