Alexander,

Your computer is trying to boot from the floppy disk in your disk
drive which is not a system disk.  Remove the disk, press any key
on your keyboard and your system will continue booting from the c:
drive.  When you start your computer the next time, make sure
there is not a disk in the floppy disk drive.
