    Here is a link to a product that will do what you are looking to do.

This is a small lightweight converter. There is one that I had that I
purchased at
Micro center for about $125 and it was from Focus. You may already have
what you need in a laptop as some have a S-Video output. Hope
this helps. These all hook to TV.
