I'd have to say good for the second one and possibly for the first one.
Generally WinME is pretty tolerant of having to use Win95 or 98 drivers,
however there are times when that will not work. It seems you have tried,
what were the results? Did you let WinME search for appropriate drivers?
Have you checked the manufacturer's websites for updated drivers? Hope this
