I know a couple people that got relief from arthritis.  They both did a low
carb version of NeanderThin AND took high doses of EPA in the form of fish
oil. You probably want to find a brand that is molecularly distilled. They
took 20 capsules a day, about 20 grams. You would also need a vitamin E
supplement.  They got relief in a few weeks. The fish oil reduced the
inflammation and helped the healing process. The fish oil is pricey but it
worked.  Other forms of EPA like flax oil is not recommended.
It also depends on how much damage you have in your joints.
