The screens are fine, it's just the water blowing through them that is a
problem. I never got a dry day to try the BP home-remedy of spraying
something on the screens to bring up the surface tension to keep the water
from blowing through. I know I bought the stuff to do it with, but I don't
remember what it was, and I spent half an hour looking through all the crud
in my basement trying to figure out where it was. But I gave up, because it
was a dry day, and I wanted to go sailing.
Will be back in August, and will report then ... unless I go sailing again.
